Overview
- LCPRS LIMITED aims to provide clear, fair, and practical returns and shipping terms. Please read the conditions below before returning goods or arranging delivery.
LCPR's
- The following return conditions apply to ALL LCPR sales
No returns will be accepted. - These items are not stocked and are made to order.
Trade Account Returns
- The following return conditions apply to Trade Accounts only.
- Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- All returns are subject to inspection and approval.
- 8 to 28 days after dispatch: returns are subject to a 20% handling fee.
- 29 to 59 days after dispatch: returns are subject to a 50% handling fee.
- 60 days or more after dispatch: items are not eligible for return.
- Custom, procured, cut-to-size, and fabricated goods are non-returnable.
- A Return Authority is required for all goods returned for credit. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns.
- LCPRS LIMITED’s liability is limited to the replacement cost of the goods supplied and will not exceed the original purchase price of those goods. Freight charges are non-refundable. If an order originally qualified for free freight, the outward freight cost may be deducted from any credit issued. Return freight is the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping
- LCPRS LIMITED aims to keep freight options simple, practical, and transparent.
- LCPRS LIMITED reserves the right to amend freight charges at any time due to supplier changes, pricing fluctuations, estimate variations, or policy updates. Once updated, any previous freight structures, packagingreferences, or marketing material relating to freight charges no longer apply.
Faulty Goods
- If a product is supplied faulty, LCPRS LIMITED will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable supplier warranties and consumer obligations.
- To assess a faulty goods claim, we may require the order number, your name and contact details, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where damage has occurred during transport or handling.
Key Conditions: A Return Authority is required before goods are returned for credit.
- Returned goods must beunused, in original packaging, and supported by proof of purchase. Custom, procured, cut, and fabricated goods cannot be returned for credit.
